A. User Accounts & Eligibility

• User Types: Our services are designed for Faculty and Students involved in technical and engineering education.
• Registration: Account creation is mandatory to access any course content, workshops, or Industry 4.0 modules. You agree to provide accurate KYC and academic information during registration.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

B. Payment, Refund, and Deferral Policy

• Entrance Exam Fee: The ₹500 online entrance exam fee is non-refundable, covering administrative costs.
• Program Fee Refunds: * Full refunds are available at any time before your assigned batch officially begins.
  • Once a batch has started, no refunds will be issued due to limited seating and cohort-based scheduling.
• Deferrals:
  • Pre-Batch: You may defer to the next batch at no cost if notified before the start date.
  • Post-Batch Start: If an emergency occurs after the start date, you may restart with the next cohort. A 20% deferral fee (based on the next batch's tuition) will apply to secure your seat, subject to availability.

C. Intellectual Property

• Proprietary Content: All course materials, videos, curriculum, and software provided are the sole property of Grok Learning Private Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
• User-Generated Content: Projects and assignments uploaded by students remain the property of the student; however, Grovator retains the right to use this content for evaluation, assessment, and internal quality audits.

D. Hardware & Lab Safety

• Liability Waiver: Participants in technical workshops or Industry 4.0 labs must adhere to all safety protocols. Grovator is not liable for any physical injury or equipment damage resulting from the misuse of hardware, robotics, or IoT devices by the user.

E. Professional Disclaimers

• No Job Guarantee: While Grovator provides extensive training, placement support, and internship pipelines, we do not guarantee employment or specific job offers upon completion of the program.
